Requirements needed to enter the Academy

To qualify for consideration at ISIT Academy for our on-going training, you must be a high school graduate (or equivalent), with no felony or serious misdemeanor convictions.

Preferred educational background

The preferred educational background for our on-going training is a Bachelor of Arts degree in Police Science, Law, Criminal Justice or Journalism. Programs can require a great deal of self study, reading and report writing.
